It’s issue number six overall and things are going great. We’re starting to get some advertisers in the magazine. And now I’ve even started offering web design service to help raise money for the magazine. I have a ton of hope and expectation-- and I think we’re getting there.

I wanted to let you in on something else I’ve been working on lately. I’ve started writing a book about a young lady who tries to make it as a singer. She will experience a lot through her life but will she make it? Of course, she gets a lot of her experience from karaoke. Where will it take her? And what surprises happen along her journey? I will certainly let you know more about the book when it gets closer to finished. I’ve thought about running parts of chapters in the magazine. And when the book is finished, I plan on selling it as an e-book and print on demand possibly. If you are interested in pre-ordering the e-book, email me at jason@karaokeaddiction.com. At this early of a date, I may offer the e-book at $9.99 for pre-orders. However, the book may not be finished until this fall or later. Keep an eye out for more about this in future issues.

Another thing I thought I could bring up in this spot is that I need help. I actually need help in a couple of areas. I will be needing more and more writers in the future. Right now, I need advertising sales people. I could use you if you are the type of person who can search for advertisers, call them up and get them to advertise in this magazine. I would love to hear from you and discuss how we can help each other out. Ultimately, the goal of this magazine is to grow into a national publication with a large circulation.
