March 2008 From the Editor
Jason Burchard
Hello again karaoke friends! I just keep getting
more excited about this magazine and the potential
I think we have. We are getting subscribers,
growing circulation and coming up with more and
more ideas.
As early as next month’s issue, new stories will
begin popping up from other writers. I just had to
start off slow because there are so many costs
already, not to mention paying writers. But, I think
it’s time to get some more help in this area. I plan
to use an online service from Helium.com. If you
like to write, you should check this out. Publishers
post stories, lots of people write, writers rate each other and the publisher
picks the stories they want to use. KAM story ideas will be posted there
soon once we decide to get it going again.
Starting in next month’s issue, I will begin placing the Mic Check
Comics in the print edition. They will still be available online, and now
in color as I mention more about in the story on page 4.
